Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Sales Manager located in Greenwood, SC. The Used Car Sales Manager will oversee the operations of the pre-owned vehicle sales department, ensuring that sales objectives are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working to uphold the standards and goals of the dealership.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales Processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Expertise in driving and managing Sales to meet department goals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a dealership setting is a plus
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
