Responsibilities

  • Class A or Class B CDL Drivers have a variety of responsibilities under company policy and federal law.
  • We expect all Omni employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner, representing the Company and the trucking industry well through responsible driving and exceptional customer service.
  • Safety is expected to be at the forefront of our Class A or Class B CDL drivers' minds.


Qualifications

Only those applicants who meet the following criteria will be considered for employment with Omni as a CDL A or CDL B Driver:

  • Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
  • Must be able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen, physical, and breath-alcohol test after offer acceptance. 
  • Posses at minimum one year of verifiable commercial driving experience OR 6 months of commerical driving experience with a graduation certificate from an accredited CDL school.
  • Has the ability to read, write, and interpret the English language sufficient to communicate with law enforcement and company personnel.
  • Has knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, and inspection maintenance.
  • Meets all requirements set forth regarding reference checks, driving records, and company policy procedures.
