Our client is looking for a proactive leader to manage all aspects of plant performance, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals. This role involves overseeing production, maintenance, staffing, and safety to create scalable production systems and optimize asset utilization.

  • Lead Facility Operations:
    Manage daily production to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.
  • Drive Cost Efficiency:
    Monitor performance metrics to reduce operating costs and ensure budget adherence.
  • Talent Leadership:
    Develop staffing strategies to build a strong and engaged workforce.
  • Process Optimization:
    Implement initiatives for efficiency, material utilization, and waste reduction.
  • Safety & Compliance Oversight:
    Promote a zero-incident culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with various teams to align plant functions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    Manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity plans.
  • Asset and Infrastructure Management:
    Ensure maintenance of systems and machinery to prevent downtime.
  • Customer & Supplier Interface:
    Act as a liaison for client visits and supplier relationships.
  • Strategic Reporting:
    Provide insights and reports on KPIs, cost trends, and compliance status.

Your Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production, maintenance, and finance.
  • Proven success managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Experience in plant commissioning or start-up environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and lean manufacturing.
