We are expanding our wellness offerings and seeking a passionate, licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We're looking for a therapist who is not only skilled in bodywork techniques but truly cares about healing, relaxation, and client experience. You'll be an essential part of our mission to offer full-body restoration—from stress relief to self-care rituals—in a serene, drama-free spa atmosphere.

What You'll Do

Conduct personalized client consultations to understand goals, areas of tension, and wellness needs

  • Perform a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, etc.) to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being
  • Recommend treatment plans, self-care tips, and add-on services when appropriate
  • Create a calming, luxury experience that aligns with our Royal spa brand
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and uphold high sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with our estheticians and beauty providers to enhance full spa experiences (facial + massage combos, spa parties, retreats)
  • Encourage client retention through exceptional service and relationship building

Qualifications Required:

Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT)

  • Passion for holistic wellness, relaxation, and client care

Preferred:

Experience working in a spa or hospitality environment

  • Knowledge of aromatherapy, hot stones, lymphatic drainage, or body ritual services
  • Interest in add-ons such as scalp massage, body scrubs, or wellness packages
