Core Solutions Include

• Domestic Transportation: LTL, FTL, last-mile, and expedited.

• Warehouse Management: Inventory control, order processing, QA, and cycle counting.

What You'll Do
As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business while leveraging a full suite of transportation and 3PL solutions. You will:

• Prospect, develop, and close new transportation customers.
• Manage daily freight operations including quoting, booking, tracking, and problem-solving.
• Build strong, long-standing relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Maintain high service standards using modern TMS and visibility tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer solutions.
• Grow your book with ongoing support, resources, and technology.

Who You Are

• Experienced freight broker or logistics sales professional (2-5+ years ideal)
• Strong book of relationships with shippers and/or carriers
• Skilled in negotiation, communication, and customer service
• Thrive in a performance-based sales environment
• Familiar with TMS platforms and modern logistics tools
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and ready to grow
