Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented House Cleaning Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive cleaning knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The House Cleaning Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of all cleaning services.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for residential and commercial clients
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met or exceeded
  • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor team performance
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Implement sanitation procedures, including floor care, carpet cleaning, laundry, and janitorial services
  • Oversee special projects such as deep cleaning, upholstery care, or specialized sanitation needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

  • Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping management. Must have move out cleaning experience
  • Strong background in various cleaning techniques including floor care
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a cleaning or custodial environment is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices to enhance client relationships
  • Familiarity with housekeeper management systems or scheduling software is a plus
  • Skills in cooking (optional but beneficial), custodial experience, or hotel experience can be advantageous for certain client needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
