One of the most successful and trusted Manufacturer's Representatives in the industry is on the hunt for two dynamic New Equipment Sales Leaders. One is needed in the Baltimore–Washington D.C. region and the other in Pittsburgh, PA.

Join a powerhouse team representing best-in-class commercial HVAC equipment and partnering with a wide range of forward-thinking clients; from mechanical contractors and engineering firms to construction managers and building owners. In this role, you'll work to accelerate growth, shape strategy, and lead Equipment Sales business. You'll also collaborate with talented Equipment Sales Directors across all markets, sharing insights and building on collective success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of the business.
  • Build, strengthen, and celebrate exceptional relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Drive outstanding business results by boosting both sales and gross profit.
  • Craft a strategic annual Equipment Sales plan designed to grow revenue and expand market share.
  • Explore market potential, uncover new business opportunities, and deepen penetration in key verticals.
  • Assess and refine team performance and streamline handoff processes with support functions.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire your team to win more business.
  • Recruit and develop top-tier talent.
  • Manage key relationships, resolving escalations, and leading major strategic projects.
  • Champion new Equipment products through strong leadership in identification, promotion, and sales.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to sales personnel.
  • Collaborate across the organization by partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and others to drive cohesive success.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role includes full supervisory responsibility for the Equipment Sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're searching for a standout leader who brings:

  • 10+ years of HVAC experience with a track record of rising sales success.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading a sales organization with $100M+ in annual revenue (preferred, not required).
  • Strong experience in consultative B2B sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree (technical or engineering preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • The ability to balance empathy, rapport, and results by being both people-focused and performance-driven.
  • A passion for positive change.
  • A deep appreciation for company culture and the ability to enhance it through daily leadership.
