Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Assess customer needs by discussing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate services based on mechanical knowledge.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, including auto estimating for parts and labor.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage the service appointment schedule efficiently to optimize workflow in the shop.
  • Provide information on tire services, routine maintenance, alignments, and other automotive repair needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress, costs, and any additional recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and familiarity with various automotive systems.
  • Proficiency in auto estimating and understanding of repair processes.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to promote additional services effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
