Summary

'We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Customer Management Representative to join our team in Corvallis. This role is vital in driving our customer engagement and expanding our market presence. You will play a key part in supporting our mission to deliver secure and reliable access control solutions.'

Responsibilities

' Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories.

  • Manage customer accounts and foster strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to support client retention and growth.'
  • Daily order entry
  • Trade Show travelsales and marketing
  • Develop new markets
  • Build new customer relationships for long-term sales
  • Define strategies for marketing of our high margin product
  • Prepare and travel to trade shows
  • Process sales orders and data entry
  • Develop and write case studies, white papers and promotional campaigns
  • Develop industry powerpoints
  • Develop scripts for marketing videos
  • Develop and write Social Media Texts
  • Develop marketing campaigns
  • Present sales webinars
  • Develop and grow resellers in channel
  • exceptional communication skills
  • Customer-oriented approach to the sales process
  • Must enjoy working with leading edge technology
  • Inside sales experience required, preferably with a tech manufacturing company
  • Previous marketing experience a plus
  • Train resellers and customers

Qualifications

  • Successful sales and marketing background including at least 2 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably acquired in an access control company. Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills

' Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage resellers and generate leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos.
  • Prior experience in security or access control industries is a plus.
