For over 20 years, we've helped the Carolinas' best-loved restaurants, hotels, and hospitality brands handle their cooking oil recycling, grease trap cleaning, and service maintenance with professionalism and a personal touch.

Now, we're looking for a Sales Rockstar who knows the restaurant world — maybe a bartender who can sell ice to a polar bear, or a GM ready to trade 2 a.m. closings for a Monday-Friday schedule with real earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build lasting relationships with local restaurant owners, GMs, and hospitality leaders.
  • Grow your own book of business through smart outreach and networking (you already know the players).
  • Present our suite of grease management, oil recycling, and service maintenance solutions in a fun, consultative way.
  • Manage your accounts, follow through on service excellence, and keep clients happy long term.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless follow-up and customer care.
  • Represent OGMGT at local hospitality events and community functions — we'll back you with marketing and leads.

You're Perfect For This If You:

  • Have restaurant or bar management experience and know what makes kitchens tick.
  • Are tired of late nights and double shifts, but still love the restaurant world.
  • Have strong people skills, a competitive edge, and the drive to control your income.
  • Enjoy being out in the field, meeting clients, and solving real problems.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in sales, service, or restaurant operations before
