Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Armed Upscale Security Supervisor, where you'll lead security operations at several estates. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, preventing loss, and providing exceptional service to residents and visitors alike. As a key leader on-site, you'll oversee security personnel, manage incident responses, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure efficient patrols, access control, and incident response at upscale properties
  • Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and other security technology to monitor premises and identify potential threats or irregularities
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including medical incidents requiring first aid or CPR if necessary
  • Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating issues while maintaining safety for all parties involved
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring their involvement
  • Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records with accuracy and clarity
  • Enforce loss prevention protocols to safeguard property assets and reduce theft or vandalism

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE PRIOR US LAW ENFORCEMENT OR US MILITARY EXPERIENCE. THIS IS REQUIRED
  • Valid G license for armed security duties
  • Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and legal compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
