Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with daily operations, brand activities, and campaign execution. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Help coordinate events, brand activations, and product promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain updated databases, files, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email communication, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
