Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team in the culinary department. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking delicious meals for our customers. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils

- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Assist with catering events as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering environment as a Line Cook or similar role

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
