As a Sales Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by ensuring that our sales processes are efficient and effective. You will engage with clients to assess their needs, provide product demonstrations, and utilize your expertise in technology sales to enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities will be crucial in expanding our market presence. What you'll do
- Conduct thorough inspections of sales processes to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Engage in outside sales activities, building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new business development opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage territory sales, and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making.
- Perform product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings, driving upselling opportunities.
- Execute lead generation strategies through cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in territory management and inside sales roles.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and customer service excellence.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
