We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead major projects in Honolulu, HI.

Position Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale electrical construction projects with a focus on commercial buildings and hospital/healthcare environments. You will serve as the point person for all project-related decisions, managing teams, budgets, client relationships, and schedules — ensuring that every phase of the job meets our high standards for excellence and compliance.

This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional ready to take on complex, high-value projects and drive them to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
  • Manage teams of project managers, engineers, and field supervisors
  • Direct coordination with owners, hospital administrators, contractors, and inspectors
  • Build and maintain detailed budgets, schedules, and project timelines
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHPD, and local jurisdiction codes and regulations
  • Review submittals, manage RFIs and change orders, and oversee procurement
  • Promote and enforce rigorous safety and quality standards
  • Lead internal meetings and client presentations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, including senior-level leadership
  • Proven experience managing hospital/healthcare and commercial construction projects (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, code requirements, and construction practices
  • Familiarity with OSHPD/OSHPD 3 processes and regulations
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other PM tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Honolulu, HI
