This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated technician to earn up to $150,000 annually based on experience and productivity. We offer a supportive work environment, and continuous training to help you advance your career.

Responsibilities:

· Perform comprehensive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles.

· Accurately diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

· Conduct multi-point inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance.

· Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle issues and repair needs.

· Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest VW technology, repair procedures, and recalls through ongoing training.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an A or B level Automotive Technician.

· Proven experience working specifically with Volkswagen and/or Audi vehicles is REQUIRED.

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment specific to VW/Audi.

· ASE certifications are a plus.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
