Columbia College Chicago invites nominations and applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Reporting directly to President and CEO Dr. Shantay N. Bolton, the CFO serves as a critical member of the President's Cabinet and senior leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for shaping and executing the financial vision that ensures the College's long-term stability. As the chief steward of fiscal integrity and resource strategy, the CFO will partner with colleagues across the institution to align financial planning with the College's mission, values, and strategic priorities.

The CFO will play a defining role in this next chapter by modernizing financial systems, advancing strategic resource allocation, and positioning Columbia for a sustainable and dynamic future.

Position Minimum Annual Salary: $250,000

Position Maximum Annual Salary: $275,000

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including department budget.
