Bartender – Premium Bar | Bay St. Louis

Location: Bay St. Louis, MS

Positions Available: Full-Time & Part-Time

Schedule: Weekends required

We're seeking talented and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team at a new premium bar in Bay St. Louis. Our ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, and premium wines, and take pride in creating an engaging, community-driven atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality craft cocktails, premium wines, and other beverages with consistency and precision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by connecting with patrons and fostering a welcoming, social environment.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal drink menus and creative specials.

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail or upscale bar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
