Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, fostering a productive workplace, and managing essential functions such as scheduling, Client relations, and CRM coordination. The ideal candidate will bring energy, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to office management, creating an efficient and welcoming atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse administrative responsibilities while supporting the overall success of our organization.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and general clerical duties
  • Manage total CRM Systems and coordinate with client relations.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, medical or other specialized records, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette while managing inquiries via multi-line phone systems with promptness and courtesy
  • Manage client product needs and optimize retention.

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

This position will require you to obtain a Colorado Producer's License in Property and Casualty Insurance. You may obtain this after being hired.

Bilingual- English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
