Accounting Specialist

Studio Woodwork is a millwork engineering firm specializing in meeting the needs of upscale Architectural Woodwork companies throughout the country. We are currently seeking an individual to manage our daily accounting responsibilities. These tasks are as follows:

  • Sending Drafting Agreements as requested by Team Leaders.
  • Scheduling vendor payments per assignment.
  • Processing scheduled vendor payments on a twice-weekly basis with company approval.
  • Maintaining and updating our Excel Cash Flow Projection.
  • Creating and sending invoices as requested by Team Leaders.
  • Communicating with client accounting departments as needed.
  • Attending and eventually leading weekly billing meetings with Team Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in the Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Fluency in Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator that works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Track record of excellent performance, attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in math skills necessary for handling various financial duties.
  • A background in finance is preferred but not required.
