ANNUITY ADMINISTRATOR

Department: Financial Services

Location: Richmond

OVERVIEW

This position will be responsible for the administration of the firm's annuity business including processing and record-keeping of contract purchases and providing ongoing support for the firm's existing contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with inquiries and requests from Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates
  • Processing new applications and servicing of existing contracts/policies
  • Analyzing, handling and logging business requests relating to annuity products
  • Creating and maintaining internal forms and marketing pieces
  • Maintaining the Annuity intranet page

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks within a stated deadline
  • Ability to take direction and complete assignments with little supervision
  • Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Desire to work in a team environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
