This role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate front desk activities
  • Assist customers with inquiries, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
