What You'll Do

  • Operate vehicle to Pick up and deliver construction materials between suppliers and job sites
  • Handle all loads safely, securely, and on time
  • Follow optimized delivery routes and time windows through our dispatch system
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch for smooth delivery handoffs
  • Maintain DOT compliance and follow all safety procedures

Driver Requirements

  • Must be 25 years or older
  • Valid Class C Driver's License minimum
  • 2+ years of driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check
  • Physically able to manage and secure heavy materials
  • Must own or lease an XL Vehicle - Cargo Van- for full-time work

Pay & Schedule

  • Compensation: Paid per delivery (varies based on job type, size, and location)
  • Starting at $1000+/week (full time required), based on delivery volume, performance, and communication
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shifts only
  • No nights, no weekends, no overnight routes
  • Daily or weekly payouts available
