Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Market Manager to join our team every Saturday of the month. As a Market Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our market events. Your responsibilities will include assisting vendors with setup, managing the check-in process, and capturing content.
Responsibilities:
- Assist vendors during the setup hours, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing market layout.
- Greet guests and provide friendly assistance.
- Capture high-quality content, including photos and videos, to showcase the market atmosphere and promote our vendors and events.
- Collaborate with the social media team to share the captured content.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from vendors or guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy market area throughout the event.
- Help with the event tear down, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with vendors and guests professionally.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items, as needed.
- Basic photography and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Availability to work on the first and third weekend of every month, from 7:00 AM to approximately 2:30 PM.
- Prior experience in event coordination, customer service, or market environments is a plus, but not necessary.
