Emergency Room Patient Greeter: As a Patient Care Technician, you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your support brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it most – and helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet arrival of new patients
• Keep patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
