A split REHAB DIRECTOR (Occupational Therapy Assistant/ COTA/OTA) position is now available splitting between our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Norwell & S. Natick, MA. Requirements:

A successful Rehab Director will:

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide occupational therapy services as needed.
  • Be a licensed COTA or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Must have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Candidate must have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Compensation: $ $40.00
