Your role:

  • Visit pre-qualified leads across the day in your car
  • Meet homeowners, assess their needs, confidently present tailored solutions
  • Close deals, negotiate contracts and drive revenue

Services you'll sell:

  • Premium roofing installations (hurricane-rated, full replacements)
  • Impact windows & doors (hurricane-resistant, energy-efficient)
  • Bathroom remodels (full-service, design to completion)
  • Kitchen remodels (high-end upgrades, turnkey solutions)
  • Solar energy systems (rooftop panels, clean-energy solutions)

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written)
  • Proven outside sales experience (home improvement/roofing/windows/solar a plus)
  • Own a reliable car & valid driver's license; willing to drive all day
  • Comfortable with commission-only pay + bonus structure
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, excellent communicator

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15, $40,000.00 per month
