In this role, you will shape the future of the Googler Experiences, ensuring productivity and a seamless interaction with enterprise services. Your focus will be on driving the evolution of our core mobile application for Googlers, and also enabling exceptional AI-motivated experiences with IT insights. Your role requires close collaboration with engineering, user experience, and other cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features that enhance every Googler's daily interaction with Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Communicate product ideas beyond immediate work groups through various channels and expand stakeholder network for broader cross-team collaboration.
• Work closely with engineers, user experience peers, and other product managers and cross-functional partners across Google for integration and collaboration. Lead the cross-functional team and build processes to enable fast, high-quality execution.
• Drive the integration of AI to reimagine the mobile app experience, enabling anticipatory services for Googlers.
• Build and manage product roadmap, aligning with the broader Googlers Experience strategy.
• Leverage user research, logs analysis, and feedback to identify user needs and define product requirements. Help define features and new product offerings, ensuring an understanding of the user journey.
