Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care across various settings. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient health, while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and medical imaging.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients in various settings .
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and advance healthcare practices.

Requirements

  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure with certification in relevant specialty areas.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in acute care, primary care, or specialty practice settings.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as ECW.
  • Familiarity with CPT, HCC coding, and ICD-10 coding systems for accurate billing processes.
  • Experience in critical care settings or emergency medicine is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of pharmacology, medication administration protocols, and infection control practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Pay: $115, $125,000.00 per year
