Product Manager II, Display Ads

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  
• 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
• Experience in one or more of these areas: ads, formats and creatives, quality models.

Google Display Ads (GDA) is the economic engine of the open internet and enables business generation of millions of websites and apps which enables access to free content to billions of users and enables millions of marketers to acquire customers interested in their products.

GDA delivers high quality, display and video ads across all surfaces (web, apps, video and connected TV) on behalf of advertisers and agencies. Our goal is to help advertisers and content creators grow their business and engage consumers through relevant display and video ads that are simple to create, highly performant, easy to measure and delight users.

We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Set and execute on a strategy for Product Ads to deliver high value for users and advertisers.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on technologies. 
  
• Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
  
• Drive cross-product area collaboration with other teams including working closely with other Ads teams.
• Own and develop a future goal and enable innovation through this work.
