Job Description:

Health Care 4 All is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty, long-term care in Orlando, Florida. This is a 8 to 12-hour night shift (40 hours a week) role caring for clients in their homes, including pediatric and adult patients. As an independent contractor, you'll deliver skilled nursing care and support clients with chronic and complex medical needs in a one-on-one setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on, personalized care in a home setting
  • Monitor patient conditions overnight and report changes as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide tracheostomy, G-tube, or ventilator care (if trained/authorized)
  • Accurately document all nursing care
  • Communicate effectively with RNs, family members, and supervising physicians
  • Follow care plans and maintain regulatory compliance
    Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions (CPR/First Aid)

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Florida (Required)
  • Fluent in Spanish (Required)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (Required)
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Availability for 8 to12-hour shifts (40 hours, Monday through Friday) in Orlando, FL
    Comfortable working independently in private homes

Preferred Experience:

  • Private duty, home health, or long-term care (LTC) experience
  • Experience with pediatric or medically fragile clients
  • Familiar with ventilators, tracheostomy care, and feeding tubes (preferred but not required)
    Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
