Position: Maintenance Associate

Schedule: FT

Location: The Vincent- LA

As a Maintenance Associate with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents. From keeping our facilities in top-notch condition to providing exceptional service with a smile, your skills and dedication will be the cornerstone of our community's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.

  • Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies, providing exceptional service with compassion and professionalism.

  • Assist with the upkeep of our grounds, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience with HVAC, electrical components, plumbing and generators a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Ability to work with team and engage residents, vendors, and guests of the community.
