Overview:

Aloha We are excited to be seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our Ohana. We are currently hiring for a part-time sales associate position with employee perks and considerable room for growth. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude with strong communication skills, and full weekend availability. Retail experience and Vape knowledge are preferred, but not a requirement to apply.

At Ohana, we heavily pride ourselves in providing superior customer service to create long lasting relationships. In the Sales Associate role, it will be your responsibility to stay educated on both product knowledge and current Vape trends in an effort to create an outstanding customer experience. You will be helping to keep store operations at an optimal level, while also utilizing the proper skills to represent the business in a professional manner. Overall, promoting current in-store Deals, Discounts and New products will be top priority in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 Years of age to apply
  • Personable customer service skills with the ability to create professional relationships
  • Coachable attitude and a willingness to grow
  • Retail experience and prior Vape Industry knowledge is encouraged, but not required
  • Ability to remain professional and ethical in all store related situations
  • Both responsible and dependable with strong communication skills
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the required 3 - 4 Day training period (In store)
  • Proactively self-educate on product knowledge and stay up to date with current trends
  • Create a professionally friendly atmosphere to ensure a positive customer experience while in the store, or on the phone
  • Educate customers to help find the right product(s), and be willing to help find possible alternatives or solutions
  • Utilize the store's POS system for all customer transactions
  • Complete weekly inventory to optimize product availability
  • Promote all In-Store Deals, New Stock and Sale Items
  • Keep the store stocked, organized and tidy at all times
  • Perform all store duties effectively
  • Conduct all customer interactions in a friendly, professional and ethical manner
