Client is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Engineering solutions. In this role, you will be accountable for managing projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, delivery, release management, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering leadership to budget, prioritize, and execute development projects.
  • Develop project documentation, including project plans, resource plans, and budgets, in collaboration with the PMO.
  • Manage day-to-day project decisions, resource deployment, and progress monitoring to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the product vision, channel strategy, and established delivery lifecycle methodologies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Drive continuous process improvement within the project delivery team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with
    ServiceNow
    platform projects.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and the software delivery life cycle.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, including architects and developers.
