TERRITORY COVERED: Full agency service area

Position Summary: We're looking for an IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and serve as our strategic technology advisor. You'll ensure our systems run smoothly and securely while leading innovation initiatives, including AI advancement. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic planning, giving you the opportunity to shape how technology supports our mentoring mission.

What You'll Do

• Manage and secure all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, and backup systems
• Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VoIP systems, and agency-wide technology assets
• Provide technical support and training to staff on software, hardware, and system usage
• Lead AI and technology innovation initiatives, advising leadership on software integrations and system optimization
• Develop IT strategy, budget, and roadmaps aligned with agency goals
• Partner with CFO on equipment purchases, contracts, and vendor management
• Collaborate with other Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates on technology best practices

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years IT experience in infrastructure management, systems administration, and technical support
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and enterprise infrastructure
• Network security and cybersecurity protocol experience
• Strong communication skills with ability to advise non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI technologies knowledge
• SharePoint administration experience
• Project management background
• Nonprofit experience
