Responsibilities
  • Lead with enthusiasm, modeling servant leadership and Project 2231 values.
  • Supervise, train, and cheer on party hosts through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Partner with HR when needed to ensure team accountability.
  • Oversee daily party operations—from setup to celebration to cleanup.
  • Manage and finalize weekly party schedules with accuracy.
  • Drive party sales through guest engagement, upselling, and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to voicemails, emails, and online reviews.
  • Communicate party updates and needs across internal teams.
  • Prepare party paperwork and USBs with precision and care.
  • Participate in After-Action Review (AAR) meetings and share helpful feedback.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
  • Maintain sparkling clean and party-ready spaces.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to manage budgets and staffing.
  • Handle cash responsibly and follow financial protocols.

Physical & Cognitive Requirements
