The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum and instructional programs to ensure alignment with educational standards and institutional goals. This role supports teachers and administrators by providing guidance, professional development, and data-driven recommendations to improve student learning outcomes.

Coordinate curriculum implementation across age groups or subject areas to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and instructional staff to support effective teaching practices

Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness using student performance data and assessment results

Lead or support professional development workshops related to curriculum, instruction, and assessment

Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and policy requirements

Research and recommend instructional resources, textbooks, and educational technologies

Support the integration of inclusive, culturally responsive, and evidence-based instructional strategies

Assist in the development of assessment tools and evaluation strategies

Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and external stakeholders
