The opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Facilitator Specialist to join our Corporate Human Resource team in our Canton, MA office on a hybrid schedule. This position is responsible for facilitating various learning programs, including live, virtual, multimedia, and blended learning. This role supports both short-term and long-term business objectives and involves designing learning assets. The ideal candidate will leverage their underwriting experience to train new underwriters and modernize existing training materials. Some of the Senior Facilitator Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver structured training sessions aligned with business and professional competencies.
  • Facilitate discussions, case studies, and interactive exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to participants throughout the learning experience.
  • Monitor learner engagement and adapt facilitation strategies to meet diverse needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

The expertise you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of training facilitation experience, in the insurance industry required.

Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires, but your recruiter will share more specific compensation information with you during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $72,000 – $117,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in our Massachusetts offices; San Francisco, CA; and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $91,000 -$106,000. In addition to base salary, full time Intact employees are also eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits to include but not limited to:
