Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and position for upcoming projects including both private and public developments
  • Negotiate scope and fees with clients
  • Engage with and supervise the design team's activities related to land and site developments
  • Manage multiple projects and develop new project opportunities
  • Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater and Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail/organized
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Works well in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of civil engineering, land and site development design experience
  • Project Management experience required; ability to effectively manage a team and clients
  • Experience in Central Texas (Austin & San Antonio) market highly preferred
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (Texas)
