The Business Process Lead (BPL) Warehouse partners with multiple business functions across Heartland to develop, deploy, maintain, and improve the systems, processes, and financial performance for warehouse operations. This position provides support and builds capability with field teams. In addition, this position troubleshoots system issues, initiates, leads, executes, and documents major improvement initiatives within functional area.

• Delivers results for functional area including process improvements, productivity and quality initiatives that drive OPEX savings through the application of Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Lean, and change management principles regarding Warehouse operations.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert and CONA Business Process liaison for all warehouse systems, including mitigation, and resolution of issues. 
• Responsible for supporting field teams with training, documentation, master data integrity, actionable information, tools and ensure knowledge transfer is complete. 
• Develops and leads projects and initiatives in functional area to measurably improve results. Effectively communicates timelines, priorities, and updates on deliverables. 
• Partners with functional leadership (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Transportation Planning, Delivery, Merchandising, DSD Planning, HR, Finance, Production Center, IT) to ensure that the business processes are aligned to clearly defined business results. 
• Conducts deep analysis to improve understanding of functional area and transfers that knowledge to field teams to improve execution. 
• Builds and maintains relationships across the Coca-Cola System and vendors to enable communication, leadership, and foster collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
• Project Management / Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain operations required.
• Warehouse management experience preferred.
• Excellent communicator and able to lead through influence.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the areas of SAP, Tableau, MS Office Suite desired.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.

Pay: $82,238 - $97,658 a year
