WHAT YOU'LL DO:As the Center Sales Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily center operations while motivating your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales through effective performance management and goal setting
- Create a culture of excellence in guest service
- Monitor and manage center metrics, productivity, and profitability
- Maintain staffing levels, training standards, and team accountability
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Adapt quickly to new initiatives and a constantly evolving industry

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of KPIs, center budgeting, and forecasting
- Passion for guest experience, team development, and brand representation
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and take initiative
- Full-time availability: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility to adjust based on business needs)
