The Blind Rhino in South Norwalk, CT is looking for a qualified and competent manager or shift supervisor to join our growing team.

Required:

-Preferred 2 years experience as a manager/shift supervisor/key holder in a high volume bar and restaurant atmosphere

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Adobe experience a plus but not required)

-Proficiency in multiple POS platforms (Toast a plus, that's what we use)

-Must be at least 21 years of age

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Leading your team to maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Training
  • Overseeing staff sidework
  • Implementing menu changes and daily specials
  • Working with your direct supervisors to improve business, plan events and connect with new customers

Schedule and Flexibility:

-Full time availability required

-Willingness to work nights and weekends required

Additional Skills:

-Basic social media skills a plus

Compensation:
