Duties:

As a pool technician we will provide you with a daily pool route with all the necessary equipment and chemicals to maintain/service multiple bodies of waters such as pools, spas, and fountains. Your duties are:

  • Perform weekly pool cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Testing and administering properly balanced pool water chemistry.
  • Conduct minor repairs and clean filters.
  • Accurately organize and maintain all records from each property visit using our software via mobile device and communicate those with customers and management.
  • Maintain clean and professional equipment and work site.

The pool technician should be able to maintain a professional attitude while striving to surpass customer's expectations when servicing their pool. Hours will be Monday through Friday or as needed.

Skills required:

  • Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Dependable and honest.
  • Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management.
  • Active, healthy lifestyle is a plus.
  • Ability to use smartphone.
  • Valid FL Driver's License. MVR must not have major red flags that would prevent you from being added to our insurance policy.
  • Background check will be conducted.
