Requirements:

A successful Rehab Director will:

. Ensure efficient and effective operations

. Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes

. Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data

. Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision

. Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor

. Provide physical therapy services as needed

. Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed

. Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting

. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Compensation: $45/hr - $51/hr
