Job Overview
As a Senior .NET Developer , you'll provide hands-on engineering leadership while defining technical direction for the project.
You'll architect and build scalable APIs, integrate systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and guide the team on best practices for reliability, performance, and observability.
This position requires a Full Stack .NET Developer with proven experience in designing and building .NET APIs on Cosmos DB, integrating with internal and external APIs, and connecting .NET services with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The selected candidate must be able to collaborate and work effectively in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of scalable .NET applications integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build, deploy, and maintain RESTful APIs for cross-system data integration.
- Architect and optimize cloud-native applications in Azure using services such as App Services, Functions, and Cosmos DB.
- Ensure system reliability through best practices in scalability, observability, and performance tuning.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with business and architecture teams to define and implement technical roadmaps.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to ensure maintainable and high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with marketing and data teams to align application logic with business needs.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-release maintenance.
- Document solutions, technical decisions, and architecture diagrams.

- Delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions meeting architecture standards.
- Consistent on-time delivery of milestones and sprint deliverables.
- Reduction in system latency and improved performance metrics.
- High test coverage and reduced defect rates across releases.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Successful deployment and integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated improvement in reliability, monitoring, and observability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Developer in .NET.
- Must have hands-on Senior Lead or Architecture experience.
- Must have .NET 5 and above, with strong programming skills in C#.
- Must have experience with Cosmos DB — design, performance optimization, and distributed data architecture.
- Must have experience with Azure Cloud Services — App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and deployment pipelines.
- Must have experience in architecture, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Experience architecting and building cloud-native applications in Azure.
- Demonstrated experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Must have a history with initiatives focused on scalability, observability, and system reliability.
- Must have experience working with SQL, large datasets, data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics engines.
- Experience with unit and integration testing in C# (MSTest, NUnit, or ).
- Experience working on initiatives involving performance and reliability optimization.
- Banking or Financial industry experience is nice to have but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise-level .NET development.
- Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native architectures in Azure.
- Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (nice to have).
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration (REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs).
- Familiarity with Azure Event Hubs, Service Bus, or Logic Apps.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, microservices, or container-based environments.
- Strong understanding of API security, OAuth, and JWT authentication.
- Knowledge of AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Azure Monitor for observability.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL orchestration, and data-driven architecture.
- Excellent collaboration, documentation, and technical communication skills.
