Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is currently hiring a Quality and Training Specialist to join our practice. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the 360Learning modules for new administrative staff
  • Assist in the training of new administrative staff
  • Assist in the ongoing refresher training of administrative staff
  • Assist in the daily monitoring of calls/sms/emails for quality purposes
  • Assist the Health Information Specialist in recurring tasks not yet implemented/started
  • Assist in supporting the Quality Team on various projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Must have advanced knowledge of working with spreadsheets, word processor, and pdf/adobe usage and ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Bachelors degree or more advanced degree
  • Must be very organized, detail oriented and able to work with different departments to ensure policy and compliance goals are being met
  • Full time (40 hours/week), hybrid
  • Salary range - $50,000 - $54,000
  • Reports to Associate Director of Quality and Training
  • Individual will have to commute to various offices to provide in person training on a regular basis and occasional office coverage
