  • Lead summer staff alumni retention strategy, through an intentional hiring experience and effective year-round engagement strategies.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for ensuring all camps are fully staffed by hiring deadlines, monitoring progress against goals, identifying risks, and recommending adjustments to strategy or goals as needed to meet camp needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Staffing levels by site and region, providing visibility to camp and field leadership throughout the hiring season. Collaborate on creating cross-functional staffing tools, such as staffing spreadsheets and rosters, to ensure efficiency and ease of use.

  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding of hiring needs, meeting regularly with field leadership to align on regional and camp level staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor staffing needs and challenges throughout the summer and proactively partner to ensure staff needed.
