What Drives Success:
Our interns play an active role in supporting key projects and learning the day-to-day operations of their function. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to provide meaningful professional experience while contributing to Allied Air's goals.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Support the Engineering team with assigned projects and daily operations.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting or project summaries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete deliverables and share insights.
- Take ownership of individual tasks and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Present project findings or outcomes to the business leaders at the end of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
What We Offer:
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50 – $25.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
