We are hiring for a commercially focused professional to lead M&A transactions from origination through execution. These roles will sit at the interface of corporate development, project development, and investment execution - driving complex deals that underpin IREN's expansion pipeline.Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, ideally within data centers, power & renewables or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex M&A or project transactions end-to-end.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and comfort operating in fast-paced, cross-border environments.
- Advanced financial modelling and presentation skills.
