Non-CDL Truck Driver

Hourly - Full-Time

About the Role:

The Driver No CDL position in Memphis, TN, is a vital role focused on the safe and efficient transportation of goods without the requirement of a Commercial Driver's License. This role ensures the timely delivery and pickup of materials within designated local routes, supporting overall supply chain operations. The driver will be responsible for maintaining vehicle condition, adhering to safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service during interactions. Success in this role contributes directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring that deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism are highly valued. Safety: This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. The employee has the responsibility for his/her safety as well as the safety of others.

Non-CDL Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• End dump experience is a plus in some areas. (Willing to train selected applicants.)
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Must have a Current Health Card
• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must have a Clean MVR

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, Climbing, Balancing, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Lift 50 lbs., Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Visual, and Road hazards.
• Subject to outside environmental conditions: No effective protection from weather.
• Subject to hazards: Includes a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles or machinery, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and cold weather.
